After successfully airing four seasons so far, the officials of the show did not confirm the fifth season. During the renewal of its third season, the officials of the show renewed the show for its fourth and final season.
Mindy Kaling, one of the co-creators of the show previously revealed through her Twitter account to the fans that, the fourth season will be the final season of the show.

Unfortunately, fans will surely not get to witness the fifth season of this amazing teen-drama web series but, your favourite characters will be back for one last time.
Something is always better than nothing, so at least getting to watch your favourite characters for one last time would relieve some of the fans who were wanting more of Never Have I Ever.
We must keep in mind that, the show has not been cancelled but, it came to an end. If there is some miracle in future then, we could expect a fifth season of this amazing drama show.
